We’ve just got back from a lovely weekend break and stayed in this quality Premier Inn, our room was immaculate, comfortable and extremely peaceful and quiet. The staff who work there are extremely helpful and friendly and made sure we had a warm welcome, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brentwood’s Premier Inn to all. A brilliant stay and the buffet breakfasts are delicious, many thanks. Sean & Jayne.
Ideally situated hotel right in the centre near the life and train station. Helpful staff clean and good standard of Premier inn. Parking is a bit of pain but with the help of the staff I parked on the carpark ramp. It worked for me but not idea. Loads of places to eat all within walking distance
We stayed here for 4 nights. Had early check in but staff let us in the room at 8am. Real bonus after a flight from Australia. There was a fire alarm 0450 due to someone smoking, but was handled very well by staff who made my wife a croissant. All of the staff were friendly ,polite and professional. The 9th floor room has great view of London. Would stay again
Alison on reception made us feel so welcome when we arrived . Rooms were great, excellent location and super clean. Alison also checked us out, she has such good customer service. We will definately return next time we are attending a show.
I stayed here over the week for work, the hotel was an excellent choice, as it was right near the train station. The room was nice and comfortable. Sleep was amazing. The service was impeccable from start to finish, Gary was very friendly. The girls behind the bar were amazing. Keep up the great work! Had breakfast every morning and this was always on point, fresh eggs and the rest was always hot and looked good. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Stayed for a weekend. Was very nice and clean and the room was perfect. Ideal place located near the train station as well as the shops. Staff was very friendly especially Karan who was very helpful with my questions. Would definitely stay again and good value for money.
Honestly I can’t fault the hotel at all! I arrived about 12:45 & I got parked no problem in the hotel car park, it states on a sign in the car park if your a premier inn customer please put your registration in the machine just outside reception & pay for your stay, so I did that straight away as I didn’t want to forget. Being as I arrived before 3pm I asked if I could check in early, they checked with housekeeping & it was absolutely fine but I had to pay £15 which is standard in any premier inn I think. I went up to my premier plus room & everything was perfect, they even had a wireless charger on one of the bedside tables. The only thing I was disappointed with is that there wasn’t much choice for a safe gluten free breakfast, had there been a direct no. for the hotel I would have phoned ahead of my stay to check this but the no. on google is just a standard premier in no. All in all I had a really lovely stay & I would definitely stay again providing they could do a gluten free breakfast menu or recommend somewhere close that does
Never judge a book by its cover, initially I wrote this place off before even entering but in actual fact. Our room was lovely and to make our stay even better Courtney was so helpful and friendly. Couldn’t do enough to help us and with a big smile on her face. She’s an Asset to your workforce We also had an amazing view looking out over the city of London.
